If you already checked the Alias settings this is pretty much the same system.
As you can see there are 3 options.
Required -> StockX Numbering Format
Optional 1 -> StockX Import Sales Starting Point
Optional 2 -> StockX Numbering Start with
Lets give you an example so you understand how the options effect your import and invoice options. With the data above we will have following result.
Byller will start to import sales starting with the order number 35450796-35350555. So the sale 35450796-35350555 and everything newer will get imported. Everything older will be ignored. For the Invoice format Byller will use STOCKX as prefix followed by XXXXX which gonna be replaced by 00001 counting upwards. Would result in -> STOCKX-00000 However as we have 500 in the StockX Numbering Start option it would start to count at 500 which would result in -> STOCKX-00500
xxxxx -> upcounting number -> 00001
mm -> current month -> example october -> 10
yyyy -> current year -> 2022 Examples with different prefixes, month october and year 2022. ALIAS-mm-xxxxx -> ALIAS-10-00001 ALIAS-yyyy-xxxxx -> ALIAS-2022-00001 WHATEVER-xxxxx-mm -> WHATEVER-00001-10 xxxxx-WHATEVER -> 00001-WHATEVER
Keep in mind to always use 5 times x eg xxxxx. Keep in mind to always use 2 times m eg mm. Keep in mind to always use 4 times y eg yyyy.
